You need to hire a family lawyer. You also need to be separated for a full year before you can file for divorce.

Yeah, I made the mistake of contacting my ex spouse again. Things were going good until she was setting strict deadlines for purchasing myself a Canadian passport and flight ticket when I am still recovering from the financial deficit revolving around sponsoring my spouse in the first place. I understand everything now and I guess I'll always be a shitty person for caring about my finances. Mental health is no joke. I just can't care anymore this has to be dealt with promptly. She began harassing me over money from the refumd of the withdrawal of sponsorship. I'll be creating a seperate thread about this. I really appreciate all of your help!
