I haven't done this but your profile can't be 'deleted'. It can only be 'withdrawn' and/or re-created. Just a note that if you re-create your profile you need to mention all the same information in your second profile as in your deleted profile. Otherwise you may be accused of 'misrepresentation'.

So then, can I update my profile after submitted ? and How ?
 
Click on 'Withdraw Profile'. Then complete the 'Come To Canada' tool again. Use the reference number on the last screen of the 'Come To Canada' tool to re-create a new profile.

There is no option for "Withdraw Profile" and in the section Apply for: doesn't have Express Entry option anymore..
