how to decode GCMS notes

Hi friends,
I am a march applicant(March 25th).I didn't receive my medical till today so i did upfront medicals on 11th nov and ordered for the GCMS notes,today got the GCMS notes and can someone help me how to decode this notes.

so you got the GCMS notes within 20 days. How come I applied in the beginning of November and i haven't received yet! Did you pass the eligibility?

He did upfront med on nov 11th, he probably ordered the notes somewhere in 25th on month of October.

I ordered GCMS couple times and I always got my notes 30 calendar days after I apply. so..
you still have couple more days to wait before your's arrived

As far as i understood from GCMS notes everything seems to be clear because in the recommendation field it says appears to meet the requirements so other than waiting nothing much i can do.

yes XanderZ is right i ordered for the GCMS notes in 0ctober 28th and it took exactly 1 month .
