I have one doubt regarding work history in express entry profile. Do we have to declare latest designation or all the designation held in a single company?

As per my employer policies they only give latest designation in roles and responsibilities letter

You will have to create multiple entries based on your roles and responsibilities.
Your NOCs are verified via roles and responsibilities but NOT the designation.
The formula is you match at least 70% of your roles and responsibilities against the selected NOC.

So to proof that your selected NOC match your experience : a separate letter or narrative should be provided for each designation, so a case officer get to Approve that you match the NOC you claimed points for.
