Hi all,

I created my express entry profile last year, and it expired yesterday.
I read on CIC website that I should not create a new profile before my existing one expires, so I waited till today.

But, now when I try to create a new one, by clicking on 'Apply to move to Canada', I do not see the option for 'Express Entry'.

So, my question here is, do I first need to 'Withdraw' my existing profile (now expired), to be able to make a new one? Or, is there some other way to do so?

Please help me, as I want to stay in the pool.

Hey, I am facing the same issue. Can't see an option under my GC key account to create new express entry profile after previous profile expired. Were you find any solution?

Hi, I was able to see an option for creating new Express entry profile, once I received an expiry letter from IRCC and my previous profile got expired completely.

Sorry is there an issue with withdrawing and creating a new profile before expiry? I did it because ofbthe whole tie break rule and ́îwas hopeful for a specific draw ( didnt happen).. either way i read elsewhere that other persons did this. One thing inwas unsure of was whether i fill out my pfile and state i did apply for express entry before? This is one of the questions. I said yes because i had a profile but i never got an ITA. Should i have said no?
