How to convert Lmia to Dual intent lMIA

Hi There,

I have been issued an lmia and I have applied for work permit but it got refused. They gave me reason that they are not sure if I will go back to my home country after my work permit expires. I have already applied for PROVINCIAL nominee and they are just waiting for my work permit. I searched on web and found about dual intent lmia which would be fine to get work permit while applying for permanent residence. So if someone can tell me if I can convert my lmia to dual intent or i need to apply for it all over again

Please can you give me some advise, I have same problems like you. Yesterday I got my LMIA based work permit refusal from New york VAC. I applied for EE. I have dual intent LMIA. Please....
