How to contact Revenue Canada for Option C if outside of Canada?

I'm trying to call Canada Revenue Services to request my Option C printout, but I am in New Zealand and the 1-800 number does not work for me. Is there another way to request this form or another number that I can use to contact them? I went to their website and all their numbers are 1-800 which just will not connect. I cannot wait too long for the form, as I will return to Canada in a month without my spouse and want to submit our application before I leave.

How long have you been out of Canada? Reason I ask is because if you have been living in NZ for more than 5 or so years, there's no point in an Option C.

However, if you have been living in Canada recently, just know that getting the Option C only takes about a week. So you could get it when you come back to Canada.

I've been living in New Zealand for 4 months at the moment. I need to get the Option C before I leave New Zealand as my spouse will not be coming with me and we are common-law. I do not want to send the application while in Canada, I want to send it while we are here in New Zealand together. I just need to figure out how to contact them from here if possible.

Agree with Parker. They only want the most recent Option C...so if you have been a non-resident of Canada for a number of years (more than 5), no need for the Option C. I would include tax assessments from countries where you have resided, presuming you have been working and paying taxes.

You can use the 1-800 number on the checklist...I was able to call them from China...but I use a VPN and Gmail to call...

I have a work visa for New Zealand and have only been living here for 4 months. I got my recent assessment just last week, so I was waiting until now to get the latest Option C. I haven't lived anywhere else, so I'll need one from Canada.

It's funny, I tried the 1-800 number from here but it didn't work. I don't have a VPN, I was just calling from a landline so I don't think it will work. I'll give the international number a try, and if they can't help me maybe they can transfer my call. I hope it wont take too long to get here by post!
