How to contact CIC regarding submitted application?

Hi people,

I live in Canada with PGWP. Before the expiry of my WP I applied for a BOWP (I was eligible since my PR application is in process). Anyway, the processing times on CIC website says 14 days for WP online applications. I submitted my application more than two months ago! I checked my application status online, and it shows the status as "on hold"! I couldn't find any contact information on CIC website corresponding to WP inquiries. Do you guys know how one can contact them regarding WP application questions.

OK thanks, I thought I should call some other number, since the last time I called that number none answered the call! Thank God this time someone answered ;D
