I'm completing my Personal Activity History after receiving my CEC Express Entry PR ITA and am unsure how much is too much. The instructions say to include: "Membership and association with organizations. e.g.: political organizations, social organizations, youth or student organizations, trade unions, professional associations". Does this only include active political memberships, or every membership? For example, I am automatically part of a union through my current job (in Canada) but I am not a political member as I haven't signed the card, does this count? Or when I was an undergraduate student I was automatically part of the Student's Union, but i had no choice in it and never paid fees, would this count?

Haha, I was more worried that I'd forget that I had been a member of the National Archaeology Society or something and they'd penalize me for an incomplete history, but good to know, thanks! I'll just put everything in then and make sure I don't hit those key words
