I know someone who has applied for visitor visa . But he had deportation from US . And he didn’t mention in the application .he applied for visitor visa to come to Canada.
I want to give information to immigration but I don’t know how ?

The immigration has a robust system to detect the criminals, there is no exceptions and there is no chance of missing a single one. You do not need to worry about that part.

A deportation would always be registered (it's irrelevant if it was non-criminal in nature) and must be declared in a TRV application. If the applicant has failed to do that, then the applicant has committed misrepresentation.

Yeah I understand immigration must have any system . But that person already visited Canada one time and he lived in US and had a deportation. His deportation is cleared now it was 10 year deportation may be that’s why immigration could not find him in system. But that for sure he didn’t mention in the application.
