How to check uploading medical exam?

I was requested to do medical exam, and I uploaded it through web webform.
Now it's over a month, and it said "We did not get your result".
How can I check my result was sent to IRCC? Should I call them?
Please help me!

Its all good, it takes a while for the medical panel of IRCC to assess your medical reports.
