How to check the PNP calls/notifications as soon as it is announced by any Province ? is there any common website where we can check regularly ? Also let me know what are the documents to keep ready to take advantages of PNP proactively.

I have recently submitted my PR application and my score is 422.

There is no site that has all the notifications of PNP programs, you have to check each province's site to see their requirements and announcements.
