Reply to the e-mail requesting passsports (if the communication was via e-mail) or send a case specific enquiry via http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp to advise the Embassy you want to change the status of your dependents to accompanying and submit all the passports. They should then request all the passports and send you all the CoPRs and visas (if necessary).

Note that everyone will need to land before the CoPR expires or you'll need to do a family sponsorship later.

Good luck!

Hi

Thank you for reply

I have contacted embassy regarding changing the status for my family, my visa will be expire on 22 may, I have to reach thr before that date, I dont think they will do this before i reach there.
do you have any idea about if i sponsor later when i reach there do i have to submit all the documents again?
how long will take any idea for sponsorship? will it be similar timeline as normal sponsor process for spouse and daughter ?

Thanks

Yes - you will have to submit all of the documents again. Yes - you should expect the processing times to be similar to what it takes to sponsor a wife normally.

You will need to submit the relevant RPRF fees for those who will now be accompanying members.
