This is going to be my first post on this forum and what a nice place to connect with everyone.
I had applied for visitor extension for my parents earlier this year, but we were living at different place, after submitting an application, we moved to different address, however recently I have received message from IRCC about visitor extension approval, however they have asked my parents to go through medical exam within 30 days. On the medical form the address mentioned is previous, now my question is how do I change my address in my extension application or notify IRCC because their phone lines are not responding properly. - Is there a way I can change the address or notify them because I do not want medical report to mention them different address then what they already have as per application ?
Secondly, I am also confused why they have asked for medical exam, when they have not appeared for Biometrics yet, Is it must to give medical exam, say what if they decide to leave Canada within 30 days, do they still need to give medical exam ?
