How to Call IRCC to Check Application Status

Can someone please tell me the process to freely call IRCC from Pakistan. I shall be grateful.

Skype is a good way. I think 1800 numbers are free without a plan but you could also get a cheap monthly subscription if not (for about 3 dollars)

I tried these numbers from hangout but could not make through. +16139444000 and +18882422100
What can be done else please help me out

Those are the number. You need to call from a Canadian number or else your call will be rejected.
