Hi,

I'm yet to apply for my PR.
As I'm counting the hours/days I have worked for my company I'm still getting confused. It would be great if someone could help me out!

I have worked for my company from Sept 2, 2020 (full-time 32 hours weekly for 5 days in a week) and still continuing.
I would like to know when I could open my profile based on the requirement from IRCC - that - continuous at least 1 year (12 months) experience with 30 hrs/week.

Based on the information I have provided (Sept 2nd 202) when am I able to open my profile (estimate)

When I count my hours (1560) should I only count 30hrs/week regardless if I gave made more working hours i.e 35 to 40 hrs/week?
Should it be one year or at least 1 year?

Your suggestions and advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks in Adavnce!

Maximum hours you need to calculate is 30 per week whether or not you worked more than 30 it will not count. It is mandatory to be completed 1560 as 30 per week only. So that it would be one year as complete.

You should count only 30 hours per week. You would have accumulated 1 year experience by end of August or first of September 2021!

So the mark of one complete year is when 1560hrs is done?

If that's the case in order to get my complete hours (1560) I would still require to work for one more month then.
So far I have accumulated only

I do see as per CIC that you need minimum of 12 months. is that right?

Yes, as already said above, you need to have 12 months of work experience. You won't be able to claim a year of work experience until September 2021.

Thank you so much ! for your time.
