How to calculate processing time if app was transfered from BJ to HK?

I applied out-landing spousal sponsorship, as I was informed HK has centralized all application. I'm wondering how exactly to calculate my application processing time, I got acknowledge letter from beijing in Nov 2014. Do i add 9 months based on Nov 2014? Or based on when i was informed the transfer of my application which was in March, 2015?
Is there anyone with similar experience? waiting is so exhausting.... I tried to write email to HK office, all they give is a meaningless FAQ...

For Hong Kong, it's 20% within 3 months, 30% within 4 months, 50% within 5 months, 70% within 8 months, and 80% within 9 months.

The time is counted from when the application is received by the VO.
