I wana renw my pr but I dont know how to calculate it.is there any way to getbthe date exact

So surely you must know how many days you have spent outside of or inside of Canada in the previous years prior to your application to renew ?

You have to show your presence in Canada for 730 Days calculated backward for a period of five years FROM THE DATE OF SIGNING YOUR RENEWAL APPLICATION.
Say if you are applying on 30-09-2017 then your starting date for calculation of your RO will be 30-09-2012.
During this period ( 30-09-2012 to 30-092017 ) you should be physically present in Canada for minimum 730 Days . OR should not be absent for more than 1095 Days.( 1095+730 = 1825 Days = 5 Years )
For above calculation presence for even a small part of any day is taken as full day's presence ! If you leave for Buffallo on Monday morning and return on Wednesday day morning your absence will be only 1 Day as you will be partly present in Canada on Monday as well as Wednesday day.

Sens 07/11/2012 until 07/11/2017 my.presense day ia 674 days.and my absence.day is 1152 days
Is this problem to.renw.my.and how.long I.need to.wait to renw it .plz advice

Your PRESENCE must be for minimum 730 Days, but it is advisable to keep a safe margin for possible calculation error , as well as to reflect that you are not staying just to fulfill the mathematical requirement but you have made Canada as your primary place of residence.

After staying for 3 more months your cut off date for backward calculation will forward shift by three months and you may loose benefit of your stay during that period. For example if to day you are calculating on 8th Nov 2015 , your previous 5 years will start from 8th November 2012, BUT if you decide to calculate from 8th Februaru 2017 your cut off date will be 8th February 2012, ( if you have stayed from Nov12 to February 12 those days will be lost )
(2) you may find out your travel dates from the copies of e tickets which might be saved in your computer ..?
