How to calculate job experience

Please guide me how can calculate job experience that i am working from 2009 under NOC 0111 but my degree completion date is 2011.
I will calculate my job experience from 2009 or 2011?

This is the employment requirement for your NOC.

Employment requirements

A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, commerce or a related field is required.
A master's degree in business administration (concentration in finance), or another master's level management program may be required.
Several years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are required.
Accounting and audit managers may require a recognized accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA).

So, IMO, you can count work experience from the day you graduated.

Can't you count pre-qualification experience?

We can calculate experience after bachelor's degree.
My bachelor's degree (Bcs) completion year is 2006 and Master (MS) completion year is 2009.
So we can calculate job experience from 2006.
But please advice is it compulsory that bachelor program should be 4 Year or 2 Year?
Furthermore we can calculate before degree elevation from WES or university of toronto.

Guys, what if I have bachelor in Business Administration from 2007 - i've since worked in IT field, but then in 2010 got 1st Masters in International Management, and then in 2015 got another masters in Computer Science in Business Consulting.... so from which date my experience can count?
