How to caculate hours as a part time

Hi all,

I got the letter of employment that indicated I worked "part time 18 hours per week on a part time basis, with additional picked up on a casual/relied basis." I actually worked at least 30 hours per week. So, Does it count only 15 hours, 18 hours per week or does it count 30 hours per week?
If anyone could be able to figure out for me, it would be really appreciated.

If your reference letter says 18 hours per week, then it’s 18 hours per week. Unless you get your employer to mention that you actually worked 30 hours per week.

alternatively if you have all your paystubs covering the full duration, you can create a table to explain “casual basis” and additional work hours.
