how to best proof ties to home country

hi all, I need advise from experts, my study visa got rejected due to unsatisfactory home ties. how can I convience them for strong family ties??

by showing ur job,property doc, any business doc...

Bank account: 10 lacs ( borrow & return)

Home evaluation: 1 crore ( any CA can do this with a normal charge)

Fathers job/bzness proofs etc
