2. community centres
3. child under age of 18 getting paid by govt. how and from when?
4. any certificate courses that can fetch job immediately
5. free internet access. where and how?

3. Child tax credit based on parents income.
4. No.

when we land as immigrants(then to PR) and both of the parents searching for job will this child tab benefit be applicable.
