Hi ajis,

You have to meet your visa office preferences and plan accordingly.

Just simply write to them and ask for assistance

You cannot change the VO. Your file transfer was on 27 May. Therefore plenty of time ahead for a final decision. You should inform CHC about your change of residence, and explain the situation about no chance for coming back to UK. Probably, if it is necessary for an interview that can be scheduled at your home country. Everything depends to your visa officer. Best of luck.

Any interviews will be a the office processing the application.
