Wait until you receive the AOR, then email CPP-O and tell them you want to withdraw your application.

Thank you iam_tody. So no quick way to withdraw it? I emailed CPP-O today, atomatical email from them state that If you have applied within the last eight to ten weeks, we will not be responding to your enquiry- please ensure adequate time has passed before making an enquiry.

This website is amazing! I should be here earily.

No quick way, no. You could also try to email CIO ( at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca ) before
receiving AOR, maybe they can send it back earlier... Not sure about that tho.

Sorry to bear the bad news...when my buddy was withdrawing, it took 16 weeks to do it. Hope urs goes through much quicker. But like toby mentioned, no expedited way to do it unfortunately. You could take a shot with CIO, but I think realistically, it will be CPP-O. Which means, you lose the first payment. On the positive note, you get your docs back.

Still encourage you to try CIO tho! Cant hurt..

Also, if you receive the aor, you will not get your package back. The only way you will get it back is it they refuse it prior to aor, or if you find a way to withdraw it before initial processing occurs.

Thank you for sharing. Upset! I thought it is easy.

This is government...nothings ever easy! Try with CIO and see what happens. This is probably going to be a futile attempt, but maybe try to put "URGENT" in subject of email. And do it like yesterday. Urgent is probably not gonna do much good, but you never know.

And make sure you provide all the information related to your application: name, DOB, UCI (if you have it) and any other info that can help identify your app.

Just wanna to let you know the progress about my issue of asking application package back.

Nov.13, 2013, I emailed CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry to ask the package back to me.

Nov.29, 2013, CIO emailed me back as below:

Dear Sir/Madam:
Re: UCI# 00000000
