how to approach for education loan (India-chennai)

Hello friends,

I am from (Chennai) India and I applied to 5 universities for M.Eng (ECE) . I got rejection from Dalhousie and acceptance from Concordia university.... Next I would like to know how much money is required for visa approval and how to approach for education loan... pls friends help me.
My education details are:
B.E : 68.5% (Anna University)
12th: 67.4 %
10th : 79%
