How to apply OCI card in Regina

Hi

Can anybody provide the below information please

We are staying in REGINA .

1) My wife indian passport is expiring soon so how can I apply RENEWAL OF INDIA PASSPORT in Regina.
Do we need to send the application form to BLS India, Calgary (or) Vancouver High Commission ?


2) I want to apply for my OCI card . Do I have to send the application from to BLS India, Calgary (or) Vancouver High Commission ?

We are staying in regina and I don't think there is a BLS,India here

Please let us know where to send the application forms
