How to apply Gmcc & contact MP!

Hi All ,

Please Please Please Plaesae reply it!

After remedical done by me (Spouse case) my ecas status changed to medical results recieved on 1st July. since then there is no reply and also my wife (Canadian citizen)is living with me here in saudia since last 6 months where i am on work visa.

Can u guys please suggest me how i will proceed for GMCC notes (procedure , how and who should apply) and also also how can my wife / contact her MP while she is living here.

Sponsorship App. Recvd by CPC.......: 20 Jan 2011
Started Processing Application : 23 Feb 2011
File Transfer to Visa Office Islamabad...: 23 Feb 2011
Permanent Residence Application Recvd By CHC Islamabad : 4 March 2011
Letter Requiring diffrent Forms & PCCs with 45 days timelimit : 27 Mar 2012
All documents including PCCs submitted : 06 May 2012
Remed req : 18 May
Remed done : 15 June and rcvd by Delhi office 20 June
Ecas staus changed on 1st July : med test results have been recvd

STEPS:

1. Applicant will fill up form IMM5475E and sign and send back to Sponsor, then sponsor will print it,
2. Sponsor will pay the $5 fee online then print the receipt,
3. Sponsor will fill up and print IMM5563,
4. Sponsor will provide a copy of his/her PR card
5. Then send everything to ATIP-AIPRP @ cic.gc.ca


This is how the SPONSOR will answer for the form IMM5563
Section A-
1. Access to Information Act
2. English (or French, whichever you prefer)
3. Email (if you want the notes to be sent thru e-mail)
4. No

Section B-
Applicant's Last name, First name and DOB
Electronic Files (if thru e-mail) Status of an application Applicants File Number and under Location: Canadian Embassy- (your Visa office, for example Canadian Embassy-Manila)

Section C-
Sponsors info then signature

It will take a month before the notes will be sent to you.

as for contacting your MP, im not sure how since we haven't done that. but you can back read. someone already posted it here.
