How to apply for Temporary PR Crad.

Hi Experts,

I have entered Canada through US border on expired PR card. CBSA issued letter under section 44 (i) as I have not stayed in Canada for required period and my Card expired in 2011. I am filing the appeal with IAD through my lawyer.

My questions are as under
1. I have asked for driving licence and health card in both the case they asked me to produce valid PR card. As I do not have valid PR Card, how can I get heath insurance and also driving licence.
2. Also how to apply for temporary PR card

1. There is no such animal as a "temporary PR card" so you are out of luck on that count.
