How to apply for pr

Hi,
I have a work permit in Ontario till 2027.
I am also living common law with a Canadian citizen and we have a kid born in Canada last year.
We are common law since feb 2023.
I am planning to apply for PR on my own.
I am wondering if I shall I go for spousal sponsorship or apply on my work basis?
I am currently on mat leave but have a full time permanent job tier 2 .

Any guidance would appreciated

How do you plan on applying for PR via economic immigration? Through which program? Have you confirmed you have enough points to be selected?

Spousal sponsorship is generally the easier route.

Spousal sponsorship generally is easier. He would apply as the sponsor. There are forms both of you would need to fill out and information / documents for each of you to provide.
