how to apply for post grad work permit

hello,

me and my wife both are holding student visa and we just graduated last month, also we both need to apply for Post Grad Work Permit...

So i have some questions

1) Do i need to make only one application for both person and if yes then how?
2) what are the forms and details that we have to fill it up with the same?
3) OR does she need to make individual application for the same as i do ?

1. You both need to fill up separate application, "Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker [IMM 5710]", better if you apply online, processing is fast.
