What is the proper process to apply for jobs through Job bank? All they say is to mail the employer but what should i mail? My CV/Resume? Cover Letter? Any thing else? Do i tell them i am from a foreign country and i have applied for the Express Entry Stream? ( Apart from they would already know from my resume) What are the chances of getting hired? Thanks...

Send your CV and a Cover letter, but I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you. I don't think anyone has successfully managed to get a job through Job Bank while not living in Canada. If they did, it's rare.
