How to apply for a PR since IT is removed as per the new job category list

Hi,
As per the new job category list, IT has been removed and can't apply for PR is this category.
Since I am a IT person, can someone please suggest is there any other option to move to Canada and get a PR.

Or If I apply for a study visa and later once my study completes than I shall apply for PR.

Please suggest.
