how to appeal?

hi..

i got my application rejected... i consulted a lawyer in canada and he is saying that i can appeal... since i believe i do meat the requirement for the FSW1

can anybody tell me how to do so?

Can you please share with us what was the reason for rejection and from which country haev you applied for PR?

in the email:

"the main duties that you have listed do not indicate that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. As such, I am not satisfied that your experience corresponds to NOC 4131- College and Other Vocational Instructors."
