I have applied for PGWP, I have a job in NOC B and 3 pay slips (I am main applicant). I want to extend my partner's Open Work Permit (secondary applicant), he is currently working in Canada.
In the form imm5710e to extend my partner's work permit, in question #3: "I am applying for one or more of the following:
(1) Apply for a work permit with the same employer (2) Apply for a work permit for the first time or a new employer (3) Restore my status as a worker
(4) Get a new temporary resident permit".

- My question - Which one should I select? He is working currently for a Canadian employer (for 1+ year), but what if he wants to change a job in the near future?
- 2nd question - before the application, in the 'Find out if you're eligible to apply', I filled the info there as if he was filling it out (he is the secondary applicant). After which I was directed to the IMM form and the entire application. Was that correct filling it out as him? They won't think that it is for myself as the main applicant?
