Hello everyone, looking for help about filling in the IMM 5710 E form for bridge open visa.
I'm currently employed with a close work permit, with my PR application in progress. I applied for the PR with FSW EE, no LMIA, no nomination, no federal nominee program involved -- my PR application is not bound with my employment at all. With the PR currently stuck at the security screenning stage (meaning the other steps such as eligibility have passed), I am planning to apply for the bridge open work permit and while completing the IMM 5710 E form, I encountered this question:
I am applying for one or more of the following:
1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3. Restore my status as a worker
4. Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)
I'm not sure I'm under which case here. The new Bridging open work permit is not bound with my current employer, and it's not the first time for me to apply for a work permit as I'm under a closed work permit right now. I'm also not sure if I am an inadmissible applicant.
