How to answer " have you ever used any other name?"

Hi,
I have a question regarding "have you used any other name"?
In my home country's document, I have another name that has the exact same spelling in the English translation as my current name but different characters in my native language.
In the application, if I select yes, I can't type the name with the same spelling, and the home country document is not requested by the IRCC.
What should I do about this, should I just select NO to this question?

U only need to type exact name in English not translation of ur native language, hope its helpful for you
