How to answer 'Has ... applied to IRCC before?'

I previously created an Express Entry Profile, which got expired and I never received any ITA. Now I am re-creating the EE profile. It is asking me the following question(s):

1. Has [...] applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
If I say YES, then it asks:

2. Has [...] applied to Express Entry before?
3. Please provide the Express Entry File Number​

As far as I think, since I never received an ITA, I answer No to Q1(Q2 & 3 will disappear). Or should I say Yes to Q1 and No to Q2.

My parents applied for a Temporary Resident visa to Canada back in 2001 and applied for me too. This was however, rejected.
My passport has since expired & subsequently been reissued; twice. I was a minor then and do not have the UCI number.

Should I answer 'Yes' to the question "Have you applied to IRCC before?" in the Express Entry profile?

I am in the same bozt I applied fo visit viza in 2009 i guess
but i dnot have any details of it ??
what are u mentioning in ur case?
