How to add new dependent baby?

Hi Anyone,
I have upcoming family medical this coming late July 2012. But I had a new baby how can I add him?
What forms and documents to be sent in CIC. I have emailed them its been 4 days they
have not replied. Need accurate advise. Thanks.

Dear chanselay

firstly congratulations to you. now its not a big deal. Just arrange the following and send them:


Birth Certificate of the newly born baby.
150$ processing fees.
i forgot which form they need but you've to fill a form too. (i guess IMM0008)
Passport Copy.
2 photos.
B-form (identification number in many countries) or identification number of baby in your country (as good as your national identity card).

Thats all.

Thanks. Can we have our medical first and then the baby next month? I'm still waiting for the passport.
What will I send photo copies or original passport. When I applied they only take photo copies?

Go through your medicals and just update your file telling CIC about your baby.
They will send u the medical of baby and you cannot have medicals without the medical papers.
and yes you will have to send photocopies and not original passports.
