How to add a newborn to Express Entry profile.

Hello,

I submitted my Express Entry profile on July 10th. Today I just got my newborn passport. I can’t add him to be a dependent. I read in another thread that I can raise CSE(I don’t know what CSE means) and request to add him. Would you please guys let me know what I should do to add him before I get the ITA.

Oh sorry. I was asking because i have a newborn with a PR application just approved Tuesday. But since its not relevant for you to get help lets move.
