I have created my profile for express entry on 4th July as my last profile was marked ineligible due to expired IELTS score. My current CRS score is 449 and the current lowest cut off was 369. Still, have not received an ITA. Tried to look so many posts but nothing was relatable. Can someone please help me to identify what could be the issue. Just worried if something wrong with my application. My application status shows submitted.

Do you have a year of Canadian work experience in Canada within the last three years?

You might want to work on your score, to receive an ITA you will need at least 470/475+ CRS score.
ok, It would be difficult probably I have to create a profile removing my spouse, my score then would be 467. Don't think IELTS score would help. Any other way you suggest for improving score?

You can't "remove" your spouse. You can however state your spouse will not accompany you (requires a valid reason) and you can change your spouse to accompanying later (post AOR) - again requires a valid reason for that.

Otherwise, highly suggest to max out IELTS - both of you
Consider adding French Scores.
Consider changing primary applicant - If spouse has age benefits and/or education, work experience
Consider taking up Master's from a recognized University

Nope. Unfortunately, I don't have any.
Actually My individual score is 467. But along with spouse its 449. Have submitted the profile with spouse.

The draw was a CEC draw. This means it was only for people with at least one year of Canadian work experience. This is why you weren't invited.

Try to improve English score or add french. You could also try to improve your education.
If your spouse didn't took an English test it could add some points to your application.

Use the CRS calculator to check how you could work on your score.

Additionally, check if you could apply to a specific province or program, if you do, you wouldn't need to improve you score.
