How sooner can I get PR after RPRF payment?

Does anyone know how sooner I can get PR after RPRF payment?

I paid for it today.

I think the delay is not much. If you paid everything upfront, they would proceed with everything. If they told you to pay today and you paid today, the rest will proceed. If they told you to pay today and you paid after 7 days, there would be a delay of 7 days.

I remember that I could have paid this fee beforehand and left it as it was because my consultant didn't tell me to do so.
