How representative sign visit visa form?

I appreciate your help as i am a bit confused.

I am failing an application for visitor visa on behalf of my sister and I am her representative.

what i should put in the signature field in the imm5257e ? My name and signature or ask her to put her name and signature?

No phone, email, fax? Why can't she apply for the visitor visa herself?

So how do think she is traveling to Canada then? How is she going to show finances? Immigration wants to make sure she is returning after the visit.
Even with the meager information, I don't see any approval
