How old should be current employment letter for PR application

Hi all,
Need an expert advice. How old should be employment letter from current employer? The one I have is of October 5th.
Actually I submitted my PR application on October 8th through Express Entry after getting nomination from Saskatchewan. However, it was rejected on November 19th as i didn't submit the 'Certificate of never held driver license from Victoria'. I have re-created Express Entry Profile and also got revised nomination letter from SINP. Now hoping to get ITA in upcoming draw. So my question is which documents i should get fresh copy? and is it ok to use October 5th Employment letter from current employer.

Hi all, can a contract signed in June 30, 2020 work as employment confirmation? The contract has everything (position title, duties, salary, hours etc). The contract is for a permanent employment and renewable every year. Or do I have to get an additional letter from my employer?
