hi,

i received ITA 2 months back and am collecting documents. Have received all documents except FBI PCC and bank statement for funds proof. I expect to get FBI PCC after 2 weeks from now and will submit my application after exactly 3 weeks. I am about to request the bank statement and expect to get it it in one week. My question is - if I request the bank statement now it will be 2 weeks old when I submit my application, is that acceptable? or is there some limit on how old can the bank statement be at the time of application submission?

I submitted my application with bank info a month and a half old with no issues. The bank statements were dated November 4th and I used them when I submitted my application December 22nd.

Thanks a lot. One more question - I am applying as single. I have $45K in a savings account. $2k debt on a credit card, $200 in another saving account, $200 in another savings account and $70k stock (not immediately available but vests yearly, $25k of which will vest in 1month). Is it mandatory to provide statements from all these banks? I don't want to make it complicated and intend to provide only the $45k savings statement. ANy input?

You're fine showing the 45k$ savings account. Credit card debt does not matter since it's paid out of future income. You can show the 70k$ stock & the others if you want, but it's not necessary by any means.

Thank you so much. much appreciated.

I am planning to apply for my Visa by the end of July this year for January, 2021 intake. My bank statement will only be 4 months old in July. In that case, should I apply or not. I am also planning to pay my whole tution fee for the graduate certificate program. Will it be a good idea?

Will 4 months old bank statement be problem when I have strong source of fund?

I understand it's perfectly fine.
