How old bank statement can be required by IRCC to verify the employment ?

I am applying under federal skilled worker express entry program primary applicant would be my wife . The problem is that my wife is working as a professional from last 4 years but she was working on cash basis means the salary not deposit directly to the bank instead they just give her salary in cash but from last 8 to 9 months her salary started to deposit in the bank .

Now the question is that how old bank statement IRCC can demand to verify the employment as she can only provide statement of last 6 months before that no salary account was being managed.

Yes , she do have payslips of all these 4 years.

Thank you . Do you know any proven example of such case ? I am little worried because if that is not the case and the bank statement is mandatory then i will become primary applicant instead of my wife
