How much time will it take from PER to Medical

I received my PER on 19th Sept in 2174, My status has been changed on 7th Nov indicating that we started processing your file from 3rd November. Can you please let me know how much time will it take to get medical now? Its almost more than 2 months now....

It varies from one Visa Office to another from 6 months to 2 years.

Actually people whose files reached at CIO in the month of june (after mine) in my cat 2174 couple of them received medical...so is there any criteria to process the file? Is local VO providing any benefit to the more strong file?
