How much time does it takes to receive the passports back from CPC Ottawa?

My application is Outland and my spouse is in Canada on TRV. So I sent the passports to CPC Ottawa address.
I sent the package on Nov 6th, 2019 but still no tracking info generated for my enclosed Xpress post envelope.

That's only about three business days, accounting for the weekend and holiday.

It will likely take a week or two, maybe more, for the passports to be received and processed.

Please can I ask the CPC Ottawa address your passport was sent to because there are several postal codes. I’m in the same boat, application is Outland and I’m in Canada. My ppr letter says via VAC. I have sent a letter through the webform but I have not gotten a response

Address: Where I sent the passports
Submit all documents in a single package and send it to the following address:

CPC – Ottawa – PR

365 Laurier Avenue West

Ottawa ON

Do you receive this letter from them? Cos my letter says otherwise. Or should I wait for another ppr letter from them? I’m a bit confused

Yes, all content is from my Passport Request Letter and received from CIC.
