How much takes time to sponsor spouse

Hello i have 2 queries
1-suppose you are permanent resident of Canada(PR) and you marriage in your country(outside of canada)
1-how many months take long to carry wife in canada ?

2- in custom and tradition of many muslim countries aren't relationship before marriage :photo,mail,....this js really crazy
So if there are enough documents for marriage it will be enough?

You would likely have to show that you have spent time with your fiancée or wife in person before submitting your sponsorship application or you risk being refused. Would focus on IELTS first.

And if someone applicant you mean is it possible case of spouse sponsering refuse???? Really
So he should live without legal wife

In person means in person ie. in the same place, living together after marriage or visiting each other in the same city if can’t stay together before marriage.

Certainly some spouse sponsorship cases are refused because people do fake relationships to gain immigration. Lots of time together is much harder to fake.

Canada needs to ensure that relationships are genuine before approving immigration. You need to be prepared to spend at a minimum 1 year apart just for the sponsorship process. Many couples go through this. It would be best to visit a few times and at least once before marriage (with pictures) and at least a month during marriage ceremony trip so you have spent time living with your husband. This will lower the chances of refusal. If you are refused it could me a much longer separation. If you are a protected person you can not enter Syria until you have received your Canadian passport and citizenship.

No the spouse who is PR must live in Canada during sponsorship.
