Got same rejection...... bcz they did not give visa to genuine case........ thing is that the student who are going for pg diploma they have only 50% of chance to get the visa......

in my side... i am not gonna apply again............. will go for australia........ much better city sydney..love it

Bai I am also on the same boat. I got rejected in 2013 jan intake. I applied from canam Jalandhar. I applied in diploma after 12th(2011 passout) . My ielts score was 6.5 . Now I am thinkin of apply again in May 2015 but I'm just worried cause when I applied in 2013 I didn't mention my degree cause it was incomplete. Now it's bothering me if I apply agian would visa officer take this lightly or not? Can anyone answer me if that's a problem or not.

If my immigration application is refused, do I have to wait before I apply again?

If your application to come to Canada is refused, you can send a new application at any time. However, you should do so only if you can include new or additional information that you did not send with your previous application.

der was no chance to get visa in your case.
as you had ongoing degree (if u mentioned it wouldve still been rejected as Visa officer would think that u r not bonafide student and leaving the degree in between.
but you didnt mentioned that was also negative as the gap is der of more thn a year.
now you cannot change anything what you mentioned in the previous application.
for eg. if you had written that 2013 you were free thn now you cannot change that to persuing degree.
you might get banned for providing false information.
