How much points I can get with french language test result??

In express entry..
1200 points system..
 
You can use CRS points calculator: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp and play with french score.

It depends whether you nominate it as your first official language (136 points when single) or second official language (24 points).

Those who speak better French than English should obviously choose French as their first official language, and English as their second.
 
I took the french exam to see if it would help with my express entry and i only got 3 additional points. I got level B2 in every single level aside from reading comprehension because I panicked and didnt really take my time so I got A2 in that but overall I speak french at an intermediate high level.

So I am really not sure if it is worth taking the test. IMO.

Yeah, I don't think taking the TEF is a viable option to increase CRS points in Express Entry, but a CLB 7 French score can help qualify for PNPs: Ontario, New Brunswick, Manitoba, etc., or even QSW.
